We specialize in repairing hydraulic pumps and motors from all leading manufacturers. All work is performed in our facility by a team of Certified Fluid Power Technicians. Common pump, re-bearing and reseal includes disassembly, clean, inspect and an evaluation of all parts. All sealing surfaces are polished and lapped. The end plates and housings are sand blasted and cleaned. New bearings, seals and additional parts are installed during the assembly. Timing and clearances are set to OEM specifications. Bolts are torqued to specified guidelines and tested to perform to quality standards. Every pump is painted and JAG is proud to provide a six month warranty on the repaired component.
